1) How long does it take to receive my refund?

• Prepaid order refunds are returned to the original payment mode within 15 days of cancellation/refund acceptance.
  

• COD order refunds are processed to your bank account within 4–7 working days once accepted.
  

• We share refund proof, screenshots, and transaction ID once processed.
  
  

2) Are opened or used products eligible for return or refund?

No, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Only products with issues such as leakage, breakage, or missing items qualify under the policy.

3) I placed an order by mistake. How can I cancel it?

You can cancel your order from the order confirmation page within the first few hours.
