Delivery Timeline
Pan India: 3–7 business days
Delivery is scheduled between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Since all shipments require a signature at the time of delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If you’re unavailable, you may authorize a trusted person — a family member, colleague, or neighbor — to accept it on your behalf.
Once the order has been delivered and signed for, RAM Perfumes is not liable for any loss or damage.
Damages & Shortages
If you receive a damaged item or notice any shortage, you must report it to our customer support team on the same day of delivery for assistance.
